Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 48 hours. It may take 5-7 business days for the money to appear in your account depending on your bank.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we provide a free prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns: a $6.99 fee is deducted from your refund.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective.
